These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between you and bet52 — including Sports Betting, live casino, slots, crash games, roulette, jackpots, and all other services available on the platform.

1 Acceptance of Terms

Use of any feature on the platform bet52 — including browsing, registration, depositing, placing bets, and accessing casino games — constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance of all Terms and Conditions described herein, as well as our Privacy Policy and the specific rules of each promotion.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Whenever a significant change is made, bet52 will notify users via their registered email and display a notice on the platform. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the rules of a specific promotion, the more specific promotion rules will prevail, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Who can register

To create an account at bet52, the user must meet all of the criteria below:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF;
• Not be prohibited from participating in gambling or betting by court order, medical determination, or active self-exclusion on our platform;
• Not acting on behalf of third parties — each account represents exclusively the registered account holder;
• Not have had a previous account closed due to a violation of these Terms.

One account per CPF

Each Brazilian CPF may be associated with only one active account at bet52. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same CPF or different documents for the same person — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts involved, with pending withdrawals subject to review.

Accuracy of information

All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. A bet52 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time. False or outdated information may result in a temporary block or permanent closure of the account.

Identity verification (KYC)

Before their first withdrawal, all users must complete the identity verification process (KYC). This requires submitting a photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport) and proof of address dated within the last three months. Verification is a one-time process, and all documents are handled with strict confidentiality in accordance with the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD).

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted deposit methods

The bet52 accepts the following deposit methods, all tailored to the Brazilian market:

• Pix — recommended method, instant credit, available 24 hours a day;
• Boleto bancário — settlement within 1 business day after payment;
• Credit card — processed immediately, subject to issuer approval;
• Debit card — immediate processing;
• PicPay — instant credit;
• Mercado Pago — instant credit.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. No deposit fee is charged by bet52 — any banking fees are the user's responsibility, as determined by their financial institution's own terms.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix to the key registered under the account holder's CPF. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. Processing time is up to 5 minutes for verified accounts.

Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal. Once verified, withdrawals are processed with no daily maximum limit for users with a regular betting history on the platform.

Balance & currency

The entire balance of the bet52 is maintained in BRL (R$). There is no currency conversion, and deposits in other currencies are not accepted. The account balance is split into real balance (deposited funds and betting winnings) and bonus balance (promotional credits subject to rollover). Only the real balance can be withdrawn.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

The bet52 offers regular promotions for both new and existing users, including a welcome bonus, cashback, free bets, acca odds boosts, and themed promotions for major events such as the Brasileirão, Copa Libertadores, and MMA events. Each promotion has its own specific terms and conditions available on the Promotions.

General bonus principles

• Bonuses are credited automatically once the activation conditions have been met;
• Each promotion has a rollover (wagering requirement) that must be met before the bonus balance can be withdrawn;
• Rollover progress is displayed in real time in the "My Bonuses" section of your account;
• Bonuses expire after the deadline stated in each promotion — any unused bonus balance remaining at that point is removed with no compensation;
• The bet52 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence of promotional abuse, such as creating multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses.

Rollover and eligible bets

The rollover is calculated on the bonus amount received. For Sports Betting, selections must have minimum odds of 1.5 per event to contribute to the rollover. For casino games, the contribution per game may vary — live roulette and blackjack generally contribute at a lower percentage than slots and crash games. The terms of each promotion specify the contribution rate for each category.

Welcome bonus

The welcome bonus at bet52 is available exclusively to new users on their first deposit. Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once per CPF. Any attempt to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and a review of any withdrawals made.

5 Sports Betting

The bet52 offers pre-match and live betting across more than 40 sports, with a strong focus on Brazilian football — Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Copa Sul-Americana, and state championships — as well as volleyball (Superliga), basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, e-sports (CBLOL, LBFF, CS2), and much more.

General betting rules

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user, except where the cashout feature is available and active;
• The bet52 reserves the right to limit, suspend, or cancel bets in the event of a manifest odds error or suspected match manipulation;
• If an event is cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours, all bets are refunded to the account balance;
• For live bets, odds are updated continuously and the bet is recorded at the odds valid at the moment of confirmation;
• Parlay bets require all events to be settled before payment is made. A single cancelled event within a parlay results in that selection being recalculated at odds of 1.0.

Odds errors

If an odd is published with a manifest error — whether due to a technical or human mistake — a bet52 reserves the right to cancel the bet and refund the staked amount, even after the event result is known. This right is exercised with discretion and only in cases of a clear, evident discrepancy relative to the market.

Cashout

The cashout feature lets you settle a bet before the event ends. The cashout value is calculated in real time by bet52 based on current odds. Once you confirm the cashout, the bet is closed and the displayed amount is immediately credited to your balance. Cashout is available on the main football, tennis, and basketball markets, but may be temporarily suspended during critical moments of a match.

6 Casino & Games

The bet52 offers a full online casino section with live tables (European, French, and American roulette, Lightning Roulette, live blackjack, baccarat, and poker), slots, crash games, and progressive jackpots.

Results and fairness

All RNG (random number generator) casino games are periodically audited by independent entities. The RTP (return to player) for each game is publicly disclosed in the game's info sheet. Live tables use physical wheels and cards filmed in a certified studio with multiple cameras to ensure full transparency.

Technical failures

In the event of a technical failure during a game session — connection drop, server error, or unexpected table closure — the bet52 will apply a bet refund policy for affected wagers, provided the failure is confirmed in the system logs. Bets whose outcome had already been determined before the failure are not eligible for a refund.

Betting limits

Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits displayed before the session begins. In live games, limits vary by table — bet52 offers entry-level tables starting from R$ 0.50 and VIP tables with bets of up to R$ 500,000.00 per round.

7 Responsible Gambling

The bet52 takes responsible gaming seriously — not as a regulatory obligation, but as an essential part of our relationship with users. • Deposit limit — set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit in your account settings. A reduced limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit requires a 7-day waiting period;
• Account break — temporary account block for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During the break, deposits and wagering are not available;
• Self-exclusion — voluntary and permanent account closure for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the chosen period.

8 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure at bet52 — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Never share your password with anyone. The bet52 will never ask for your full password through any channel, including customer support.

Unauthorized access

If you suspect your account has been accessed by a third party, contact support immediately via live chat to temporarily block access. The bet52 will investigate the situation and, if unauthorized access is confirmed, will take the necessary steps to protect your balance.

Strong passwords

We recommend using passwords of at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Don't reuse passwords from other online services. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account security settings for an extra layer of protection.

Public devices

9 Account Closure

User-initiated closure

You can request account closure at any time through support. Before closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed as normal. Any unused bonus balance is cancelled upon closure. Voluntarily closed accounts may be reactivated upon request to support, except in cases where self-exclusion is active.

Closure by bet52

The bet52 reserves the right to close or suspend accounts in the following situations:

• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process;
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses abusively;
• Use of automated systems, bots, or third-party software to exploit the platform;
• Suspected money laundering or fraudulent activity;
• Use of the platform by anyone under 18;
• Abusive behavior or harassment toward the support team;
• Any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

In the event of account closure due to a violation, any remaining real-money balance will be reviewed. If the balance is deemed to be of legitimate origin, it will be returned to the user after deducting any winnings obtained through a breach of the Terms.

10 Limitation of Liability

The bet52 is committed to keeping the platform available and running as reliably as possible. However, we are not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from legitimate bets — sports betting and casino games carry inherent risk, and the possibility of loss is part of the product;
• Internet or device connection failures on the user's end that result in loss of access during a gaming session;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access when caused by the user's own negligence in handling their credentials;
• Temporary platform downtime due to scheduled maintenance or technical incidents beyond bet52's control.

Our maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the balance available in the user's account at the time of the event. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or non-material damages arising from use of the platform, except where required by applicable Brazilian law.

11 Intellectual Property

All platform content bet52 — including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, layout, source code, promotion names, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of bet52 or its licensed partners. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

The use of the bet52 on affiliate websites, social media, or any other channel must follow the brand usage guidelines provided by the official affiliate program. Unauthorized use of the brand is subject to the penalties set out under Brazilian intellectual property law.

12 Changes to the Terms & Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable Brazilian law. Any dispute arising from use of the platform bet52 that cannot be resolved directly through support will be referred to the competent courts of Brazil.

The bet52 may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in operations, legislation, or the betting market. Any changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance by email and via a notice on the platform.
